A phenomenal matchup between former UFC strawweight champion Jessica Andrade and Amanda Lemos has been scheduled for a yet-to-be-announced UFC Fight Night event on April 23.
MMA Fighting's Guilherme Cruz was the first to report the news of the matchup, although the promotion is yet to officially announce anything themselves yet regarding the event or bout. Andrade will make her return to 115-pounds for the first time since July 2020 and is 2-1 in her last three Octagon outings. She defeated Cynthia Calvillo via a first-round TKO at UFC 266 in her latest appearance. Lemos on the other hand is currently riding a five-fight winning streak and is coming off of a split-decision victory over Angela Hill back at UFC Vegas 45.
