A lightweight division bout has been announced for UFC 231 according to the UFC Canada official Twitter page as John Makdessi is in action against Carlos Diego Ferreira.
Makdessi (16-6-0) enters the contest while riding a two fight winning streak, having defeated the duo of Abel Trujillo and Ross Pearson.
