A flyweight division attraction will be headlining the upcoming Legacy Fighting Alliance 8 card as CJ Hamilton faces Jesse Bazzi.
Hamilton (10-4-0) will be making his LFA debut in this fight and he will be doing so on the strength of a five fight winning streak. Hamilton is the current Valor Fights Flyweight Champion, a title he won by defeating Corey Alexander at Valor Fights 39. Hamilton did compete twice in the Legacy Fighting Championships, defeating both Brantley Furr and Jacob Hebeisen.
Bazzi (6-1-0) will also be making his LFA debut in this fight and he will be doing so while on a two fight winning streak. Bazzi has also competed in the Warrior Xtreme Cagefighting promotion, where he defeated both Darryol Humphrey and Jared Scoggins, while suffering a lone defeat to Malcom Gordon. Bazzi has seen four of his seven professional MMA fights and Bazzi walked away victorious in all four of those fights.
Legacy Fighting Alliance 8 takes place on Friday, April 7 from the TD Convention Center in Greenville, South Carolina with CJ Hamilton and Jesse Bazzi headlining. The main card will be airing live on AXS TV, while Fightful will provide results of the show once it’s completed.
