Logan Paul May Transition To MMA, Tito Ortiz To Work With Him

Boxing great Logan Paul last competed against KSI earlier this month, dropping a decision to his longtime rival.

Paul wants to continue competing in combat sports, but that may include a transition to mixed martial arts.

Dark Side Of The Cage To Premiere In January, Will Cover Ronda Rousey, Matt Hughes, Kimbo Slice, More

“We were talking about MMA honestly,” Paul told DAZN. “Boxing is cool, but I feel like my future is in MMA... I will be fighting a third time.”

The social media star does have a little boxing experience, but little to no MMA experience to speak of right now.

Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Tito Ortiz is throwing his name in the hat to be the person to help Paul in his move to MMA.

“When a young guy like that who happened just to have a bright mind and strong and wanna work hard, it’s good to see,” he told Little Giant Boxing (via Natasha Hooper of BJPenn.com). “You wanna make sure you build guys the right way. When they’re young, they gotta be built the right way, they gotta do the right things so I couldn’t give an opponent. I wanna make sure how good he was in MMA in general.”

There is no word yet on when Paul make start training for a potential MMA debut or if he’ll accept Ortiz’s offer to help with that transition to MMA.
