UFC Bantamweight Champion TJ Dillashaw suffered a first round knockout loss to UFC Flyweight Champion Henry Cejudo in the main event of UFC Fight Night Brooklyn.

Matt Schnell is a teammate of Cejudo’s and he says that Dillashaw showed absolutely no respect to Cejudo and the weight class in general.

“It was just interesting to see and I really felt like TJ came into this thing with absolutely no respect for Henry and definitely not for the division. And it showed through his actions in the build-up and looking back, how many flyweights was he training with? That was a mistake, maybe he’ll remedy that in the rematch. I would suggest it,” Schnell said on The Body Lock (via Bloody Elbow).

Dillashaw claimed that the fight was stopped early and that he knows more about the sport than the official did on that night.

Schnell also couldn’t believe that Dillashaw didn’t have any flyweight fighters in his stable leading into the title fight.

“I also thought it was curious afterwards looking back, I don’t think TJ had one flyweight in his stable,” Schnell said. “Obviously, TJ had his fair share of things to say about the division, some insensitive things that I was somewhat outspoken about.”
