Michael Bisping has officially confirmed that his management has received an offer from Jake Paul to fight in a boxing match — this and much more on Friday's social media roundup.
Michael Bisping receives Jake Paul fight offer
Recently, one of the most talked-about names in boxing, as well as MMA, has been YouTube star, Jake Paul. Paul, who is coming off the back of a vicious KO over former the three-time NBA Slam Dunk Contest champion, Nate Robinson. After who win, Paul went on to call out some names such as Conor Mcgregor and Dillon Danis. It now seems that Jake Paul and his team are targeting another MMA fighter. Paul is now targeting is former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping. As everyone knows, Bisping has had many struggles with his health outside the Octagon, having a double knee replacement and only having one eye. Despite all of this, Bisping seems very keen on the idea of a well-paid fight with a YouTuber. The following footage is from Bisping's podcast, Believe You Me.

Quick recovery for Tony Ferguson
Following on from his dominant unanimous decision loss to Charles Oliveira at UFC 256, it seemed like Tony Ferguson would have some seriously nasty damage to his arm. Oliveira caught Ferguson in a nasty armbar late in the first round and it seemed like Tony could not properly use his arm following on from this. Ferguson has released a video on Twitter of him back doing unorthodox exercises in the gym just days after the fight.

Carla Esparza ready for a title shot
In Dana White's recent interview with BT Sport, he revealed that the UFC was targeting Weili Zhang's next title defense to be against Carla Esparza and not Rose Namajunas. This comes after months of Dana White saying that the fight to make at women's strawweight was Zhang against Namajunas.

I’ve accepted every opponent I’ve ever been offered. I’ve fought everyone put in front of me. #readytogo pic.twitter.com/ecq4JrZMur
White mentioned that the reason why Zhang wouldn't defend her title against Namajunas is that Rose did not like the pressure of being a champion. Namajunas and her partner Pat Barry have both recently come out and called this fake news.
