Report: Adam Borics Faces Josenaldo Silva At Bellator 205

A featherweight division attraction is the latest addition to the Bellator 205 card according to MMA Junkie as Adam Borics steps into the cage against Josenaldo Silva.

Borics (7-0-0) has already competed twice under the UFC banner, defeating the duo of Anthony Taylor and Teodor Nikolov. Borics also competed three times in the Final Fight Championships promotion, where he picked up two victories by way of decision. Borics is also going to be competing in North America for the first time in his professional MMA career, which began in March of 2015.

Silva (25-6-0) is going to be making his Bellator MMA debut in this encounter and does so while riding a two bout losing streak. Silva has previously challenged for the World Series Of Fighting Bantamweight Title, losing to then champion Marlon Moraes via first round TKO at WSOF 34. Silva hasn’t earned a victory in almost two years, with that last win coming over Paulo Robinson via unanimous decision at Mr. Cage 23.

Bellator 205 takes place on Friday, September 21 from the Century Link Arena in Boise, Idaho with AJ McKee and John Teixeira headlining. Fightful is going to be providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
