Report: Carrington Banks Faces Adam Piccolotti At Bellator 199

A lightweight division attraction has been added to Bellator 199 according to MMA Fighting as Carrington Banks is going to be in action against Adam Piccolotti.

Banks (7-0-0) has already earned three wins in the Bellator MMA promotion, defeating the trio of CJ Keith, Jake Roberts and Steve Kozola. Banks has seen his last five MMA bouts go the distance and it has been almost six years since the last time the fighter got a finish. Banks also competed once in the Legacy Fighting Championships, defeating Justin Reiswerg at Legacy FC 44.

Piccolotti (9-2-0) enters the contest in the midst of a two bout losing streak, having dropped those fights to the duo of Goiti Yamauchi and David Rickels. Piccolotti hasn’t picked up a win in almost two years, with that last victory coming over Brandon Girtz at Bellator 165. Piccolotti also competed four times in the Dragon House promotion, with two of his four victories coming by way of KO/TKO.

Bellator 199 takes place on Saturday, May 12 from the SAP Center in San Jose, California with Fedor Emelianenko and Frank Mir headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
