A middleweight division attraction has been added to Bellator 202 according to MMA Junkie as Chris Honeycutt faces Leo Leite.
Honeycutt (10-2-1) has won four of his last five under the Bellator MMA banner, but is coming off of a loss to Rafael Lovato Jr. at Bellator 189. Honeycutt has earned a total of six wins in Bellator MMA competition, with three coming by way of decision and three coming by KO/TKO. Honeycutt is also a former Up & Comers MMA Middleweight Champion, defeating Manny Murillo to win the gold in 2013.
Leite (10-1-0) is currently winless in Bellator MMA competition, having dropped a bout to former light heavyweight champion Phil Davis by decision at Bellator 186. Leite is also making his Bellator middleweight division debut in this bout, as his previous fight in the organization came at light heavyweight. Leite is also a former Legacy FC Light Heavyweight Champion, defeating Myron Dennis to win the gold at Legacy FC 35.
