Report: Dana White Sex Tape Lawsuit Dismissed

UFC President Dana White had been engaged in a multi-year legal battle over an alleged sex tape and it appears the battle is over.

A report from the Las Vegas Review-Journal states that Judge David Jones has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Ernesto Joshua Ramos against White, as Ramos was seeking $450,000 from White after the UFC President allegedly broke a deal made between them. Ramos had previously served less than a year of jail time after being convicted of attempting to extort $200,000 from White after Ramos claimed to have a sex tape involving White and Ramos’ girlfriend.

The judge dismissed the case after he determined that there was no legal contract between White and Ramos. Ian Christopherson, who is Ramos’ legal representative, says they plan on appealing the decision made by Judge Jones and that the appeal would be taken to the Nevada Supreme Court.
