A welterweight division attraction has been added to UFC Vegas 14 as Daniel Rodriguez faces Bryan Barberena.

Rodriguez (13-1-0) is undefeated thus far under the UFC banner, picking up wins over Tim Means, Gabriel Green and Dwight Grant. Rodriguez also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series Season 3, Episode 6, defeating Rico Farrington by unanimous decision. Rodriguez enters the contest riding a nine fight winning streak and he hasn’t been defeated in almost three years.
Barberena (15-7-0) has won just two of his last five in the UFC, with those wins coming over Jake Ellenberger and Anthony Ivy. Barberena is a former Dakota FC welterweight champion, defeating Dane Sayers by unanimous decision at Dakota FC 13 to win the gold. Barberena has competed 22 times as a professional MMA fighter and seven of those bouts went the distance.
UFC Vegas 14 takes place on Saturday, November 14 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
