Ariel Helwani of ESPN first reported the news, while also obtaining this statement from Trump Jr.:
“The reason I’m a fan of Colby is because he’s a winner who talks a lot of trash, but always backs it up … Just like someone else I know. I’m excited to be there cageside on Saturday to support him.”
This is going to be the first time that either Trump Jr. or Eric have been in attendance at a UFC event. Covington did go to the White House and meet President Trump shortly after winning the interim welterweight title.
Covington also commented on the matter, which Helwani captured on Twitter:

UFC Fight Night Newark takes place on Saturday, August 3 from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey with Colby Covington and Robbie Lawler headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on ESPN.
