Report: Eryk Anders Replaces Roman Dolidze At UFC Fight Night Minneapolis

Roman Dolidze has suffered an injury and has been pulled from UFC Fight Night Minneapolis according to AL.com (via Farah Hannon), replacing him against Vinicius Moreira is going to be Eryk Anders.

Moreira (9-2-0) is currently winless under the UFC banner, having dropped a bout to Alonzo Menifeld by first round TKO at UFC Fight Night Brooklyn. Moreira also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series Brazil Episode 3, defeating John Allan Arte by second round submission. Moreira has competed eleven times as a professional MMA fighter and none of those bouts have gone the distance.

Anders (11-4-0) enters the contest while in the midst of a three fight losing streak, dropping bouts to the trio of Thiago Santos, Elias Theodorou and Khalil Rountree. Anders hasn’t picked up a win in almost a year, with that last victory coming against Tim Williams at UFC Fight Night Lincoln. Anders has competed as both a middleweight and light heavyweight in the UFC, earning an overall record of 3-4-0 in the promotion.

UFC Fight Night Minneapolis takes place on Saturday, June 29 from the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota with Tyron Woodley and Robbie Lawler headlining. Fightful is going to be providing live coverage of the event, which is going to be streaming live on ESPN+.
