A bantamweight division attraction has been added to Bellator 239 as Keith Lee is in action against Shawn Bunch.
MMA Junkie reported the bout, but its placement on the card isn’t known at this time.
Lee (5-3-0) is making his Bellator MMA debut in this bout and does so on the strength of a two fight winning streak. Lee is the brother of UFC fighter Kevin Lee, who will soon be facing Charles Oliveira in the main event of UFC Fight Night Brasilia. Lee has suffered three losses as a professional MMA fighter and all of them came by way of decision.
Bunch (9-4-0) has won two of three during his second run with Bellator MMA, with those victories coming over Joe Warren and Dominic Mazzotta. Bunch also won three of six in his first Bellator MMA run, but exited the promotion the first time on a two bout losing streak. Bunch has picked up nine wins as a professional MMA fighter and six of them came by way of decision.
Bellator 239 takes place on Friday, February 21 from the Winstar World Resort & Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma with Ed Ruth and Yaroslav Amosov headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
