Ribas (9-1-0) is undefeated thus far under the UFC banner, defeating the trio of Mackenzie DernRanda Markos and Emily Whitmire. Ribas has suffered a single defeat as a professional MMA fighter and that came to fellow UFC fighter Polyana Viana at Jungle Fight 83 in November of 2015. Ribas has competed ten times as a professional MMA fighter and just three of those bouts went the distance.

VanZant (8-4-0) has won just two of her last five bouts in the UFC, with those wins coming over Bec Rawlings and Rachael Ostovich. VanZant is going to be back in action for the first time in over a year, as her last encounter took place at UFC Fight Night Brooklyn in January of last year. VanZant has suffered four losses as a professional MMA fighter, but she has yet to be beaten by way of KO/TKO.

The yet to be announced UFC card takes place on Saturday, July 11 from a location to be announced and with a main event to be announced. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be announced.
