A middleweight division match up between Paulo Costa and Uriah Hall has been pulled from UFC Fight Night Atlantic City according to Canal Encarada after Costa suffered a biceps injury.

A report from MMA Fighting is also stating that Costa is going to be out of action for about six weeks.

Eight Biggest Upsets in MMA in the Last Year

While Costa is now off the card, it is unknown at this time if UFC officials will find a replacement for Hall to fight, as we are just over a month away from the event taking place.

Hall (13-8-0) has won just one of his last four under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Krzysztof Jotko at UFC Fight Night Pittsburgh. Hall has seen his last three fights end via KO/TKO and it has been over two years since the fighter saw a bout go the distance. Hall made it to the finals of the UFC Ultimate Fighter 17, losing to Kelvin Gastelum in the final fight on the reality show.

UFC Fight Night Atlantic City takes place on Saturday, April 21 from the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey with Edson Barboza and Kevin Lee headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Fox Sports 1.
