A welterweight division attraction has been added to the UFC Ultimate Fighter 28 Finale according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal as Tim Means is going to be in action against Ricky Rainey.

Means (27-10-1-1NC) has won just one of his last five fights in the UFC and that lone victory came over Alex Garcia at UFC Fight Night Oklahoma City. Means has seen his last three fights go the distance and it has been almost two years since the fighter got a finish. Means has just been knocked out once as a professional MMA fighter, which came against Luke Caudillo at Ring Of Fire 13 in September of 2004.
