Report: UFC Fight Island 4 Main Card Draws Second Highest TV Ratings Of 2020

UFC Fight Island 4 took place this past Saturday Night and it was headlined by Holly Holm defeating Irene Aldana by unanimous decision.

MMA Fighting reports that the main card, which aired live on ESPN, drew 1.097 million viewers and a .40 ratings, which is the second-highest TV rating for a UFC main card in 2020. A good reason for the high rating is that the lead-in for the event was an NCAA Football game between the Georgia Bulldogs and Auburn Tigers.

Other bouts on the main card saw Carlos Felipe defeat Yorgan De Castro, Germaine De Randamie defeat Julianna Pena, Kyler Phillips defeat Cameron Else and Dusko Todorovic defeat Dequan Townsend. A six-fight preliminary card, with Carlos Condit defeating Court McGee in the featured spot, streamed live on ESPN+.

Up next for the UFC is UFC Fight Island 5 on October 10, which is headlined by Marlon Moraes and Cory Sandhagen, and will stream live on ESPN+.
