Round One: The round begins with Herbert peppering O’Keefe with a few jabs, O’Keefe nails a swinging Herbert with a counter left. O’Keefe gets Herbert against the cage wall after swinging away at him, O’Keefe scores a takedown on Herbert and he gets the half guard. O’Keefe transitions to the full mount against Herbert, O’Keefe attacks Herbert with some ground and pound. Herbert scrambles to his feet and O’Keefe drags him back to the ground, O’Keefe gains back control on Herbert before regaining full mount. Herbert scrambles to his feet and he nails O’Keefe with a knee strike, Herbert drops O’Keefe with a series of follow up knee strikes and the referee jumps in.
