Rizin 23 is in the books and the promotion crowned a new bantamweight champion as Kai Asakura defeated Hiromasa Ogikubo to win the previously vacant gold. Rizin 23, much like the previous night’s Rizin 22 card, featured plenty of finishes, as five of the six MMA bouts on the card ended via KO/TKO and/or submission.
