Four fighters are entering Sunday $50,000 richer and the UFC Vegas 8 main event and co-main event stars are nowhere to be seen.
Savvy veteran Ricardo Lamas and UFC debutant Bill Algeo put on an exciting back-and-forth battle that earned both men Fight of the Night honors. The featherweights engaged in a competitive first round. Algeo nearly dropped Lamas in the second; however, the veteran roared back in round three with a 10-8 effort to seize victory.
