Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Tito Ortiz’s last two fights came against former WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio and former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Chuck Liddell.
It appears that Ortiz is ready for his next fight, but this one may not be against a former pro wrestler or a now retired professional MMA wrestler, but against a boxing legend.
That’s because Ortiz has challenged boxing great Mike Tyson to a fight and that challenge was issued via Instagram:
There is no word yet as to what kind of fight that Ortiz wants against Tyson, as Ortiz is a longtime MMA fighter with no professional boxing experience and Tyson is a longtime boxer with no professional MMA experience.
Tyson has yet to respond to the challenge from Ortiz, but fans can see Tyson next at AEW Double Or Nothing ‘20, as he’ll present the AEW TNT Championship to the winner or the Cody vs. Lance Archer bout.
