Tywan Claxton is becoming one of the best prospects in all of MMA at the moment and the fighter is now taking a big bet on himself.
One thing the fighter recently revealed that he turned down a job that would pay him $250,000 a year to focus on being a full time MMA fighter. Claxton revealed this information on Twitter:
Today i was offered a full stack developer position making 250,000 / year...did an interview for shits and giggles, really to test my knowledge, ended up getting the offer...today i decided i was a full time fighter... part time developer... at least until i hear #AndNew

One person who was impressed by Claxton’s decision is John Kavanagh, who posted the following on Twitter:
2-2 on your last 4. Which I'm guessing is less than 100k per year on a very short lived career. And yet you bet on yourself rather than take a beginning salary of quarter mill per year. I cant help but admire the self belief, amazing!

The Bellator star is currently 6-2-0 as a professional MMA fighter, with notable victories coming over Cris Lencioni and Braydon Akeo.
