Molly McCann has called it a career.

UFC fighter Molly McCann announced her retirement after suffering a loss to Alexia Thainara at UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs. Brady in London on March 22nd.

McCann was submitted via rear naked choke in the first round. It was her second straight loss and her fourth loss in five fights.

McCann, 34, finishes her career with a 14-8 record. She went 7-7 in the UFC. She earned three Performance of the Night bonuses, which is the most in UFC Women's Flyweight division history, and one Fight of the Night bonus during her career.

She is a former Cage Warriors Fighting Championship Women's Flyweight Champion.
