UFC Posted $611.9 Million Revenue From January To June 2023

UFC finances revealed.

Now that the UFC, through TKO, is a publicly traded company, finances for the company have been revealed through an SEC filing.

TKO filed its S-1 document, which revealed that total revenues for the six-month period that ended June 30, 2023 was $611.9 million. This is an increase of $84.2 million over the six month period that ended June 30, 2022.

Media rights and content broadcast fees came in at $435.8 million, up $49.9 million during the same period in 2022.

More events led to more revenue as Live event revenue increased 57% to $63.7 million, sponsorship revenue grew 12%, licensing revenue increased 9%, direct operating costs rose 19.5% to $171.9 million.

TKO officially formed on September 12 with UFC and WWE merging. The group is valued at $21.4 billion, with UFC accounting for $12.1 billion of that valuation.

For reference, WWE announced a quarterly revenue of $410.3 million for the second quarter of 2023.
