A UFC veteran is going to be competing on the upcoming Cage Warriors 89 card as Cindy Dandois is going to be in action against Kerry Hughes.
Dandois (8-3-0) competed once under the UFC banner, dropping a unanimous decision to Alexis Davis at UFC Fight Night 108. Dandois also competed multiple times in the Invicta FC promotion, where she defeated UFC veteran Jessamyn Duke at Invicta FC 18. Dandois has only seen two of her eleven professional MMA bouts got the distance and five of her bouts have ended within the opening round.
Hughes (3-2-0) has won just one of two fights in Cage warriors competition, defeating Amanda Kelly and suffering a defeat to Aga Niedzwiedz. Hughes is also competing for the second time in 2017, which is only the second time she has competed more than once in a year since she made her pro MMA debut in 2013. Hughes also went undefeated as an amateur MMA fighter, which includes a victory over fellow Cage Warriors veteran Emma Delaney.
Cage Warriors 89 takes place on Saturday, November 25 from the Lotto Arena in Antwerp, Belgium with no main event at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on UFC Fight Pass.
