WWE RAW
Asuka: On June 5th, Asuka posted a photo on X showing that she possibly had knee surgery. No date has been set for her return.
Bronson Reed: Fightful Select reported that Bronson injured one of his ankles during the War Games match at Survivor Series. Reed also required assistance to get to the back following the match. There is no estimated return date. Reed had surgery on December 12th.
Ilja Dragunov: Joe Tessitore announced on the 9/30/24 edition of Raw that Ilja tore his ACL at a WWE Live Event in Colombus, Georgia. Ilja is expected to miss six to nine months.
Kiana James: Fightful Select confirmed that Kiana James is sidelined. It was reported that James is out with an undisclosed leg injury. She is expected to be out for upwards of six months.
Tyler Bate: Michael Cole announced on the 7/8 edition of WWE Raw that Bate was injured during the 7/2 episode of NXT. On Tuesday, July 9th, Bate posted on Instagram that he tore his left pectoral major and tendon off the bone, and the surgery was a success. Bate is expected to be out of action for the remainder of 2024.
WWE SMACKDOWN
AJ Styles: On October 14th, Styles responded to a fan on social media confirming that he was injured. AJ stated that he has a Lisfranc injury and a mid-foot ligament sprain. Styles says he is in a walking boot. There is currently no estimated return date. On 12/13/24, Fightful Select that Styles was backstage (visiting) at TNA Final Resolution and was not in a walking boot or a cast.
Angel Garza: Angel revealed on 11/2/24 that he had undergone surgery for his hand. Garza says he had three different ganglions (cysts) in his wrist. There is no estimated return date at this time.
Jimmy Uso: Jimmy's brother, Jey Uso, revealed during the Survivor Series post-show press conference that Jimmy Uso broke his toe. There is no estimated return date.
Karl Anderson: Anderson said on his Podcast, TalkNShop, that he would be out of action for six to nine months after having surgery for a Torn Rotator Cuff.
Tonga Loa: On 12/6/24, The WWE announced that Tonga Loa is out indefinitely with a torn bicep suffered at WWE Survivor Series during the WarGames match.
WWE Unassigned:
Alexa Bliss: Maternity Leave, she last wrestled at the 2023 Royal Rumble. There is no estimated return date.
Brock Lesnar: Inactive, Removed from future creative considerations.
Big E: Broken neck on March 11, 2022. In a late September 2024 interview with Sports Talk Philly, Big E said he will get neck scans in the next 3-6 months to see if he is healthy enough to return.
Carmella: She and her husband, Corey Graves, recently announced the birth of their child. There is no estimated return date. Carmella last wrestled on 3/12/2023.
Charlotte Flair: On the 12/15/23 SmackDown, WWE Commentator Kevin Patrick said Flair will miss at least nine months after tearing her ACL, MCL, and Meniscus. Charlotte was not included in the 2024 Draft Pool. In a recent Fightful Select report, those in WWE stated there will still be some time before Flair returns to the ring as the injuries she suffered were severe.
Omos: Inactive; last in-ring appearance was on SmackDown on 04/05, the evening before Wrestlemania Night 1.
Valhalla: Valhalla announced in an Instagram post that she and her husband are expecting their second child in November 2024. Valhalla will be out for the foreseeable future. Valhalla was not included in the 2024 Draft Pool.
WWE NXT:
Javier Bernal: Javier announced on his Twitch Channel that he broke his foot on the June 7th edition of NXT Level Up. Javier had surgery and is expecting to miss at least six months.
Saquon Shugars: On April 3rd, in a social media post, Saquon posted a photo of himself in the hospital with a picture of an x-ray of his knee. The extent of the injury is unknown, and there is no estimated return date.
AEW
Adam Copeland: Adam said he had successful surgery on his fractured tibia in a social media post in early Jun. There is no estimated return date.
Anthony Henry: Henry stated in a social media post on October 14th that he underwent successful surgery for a torn bicep. There is no estimated return date at this time.
Bandido: Bandido has been out of action for a year. Bandido has had two wrist surgeries within the last year. There was hope that he would have been cleared a few weeks before All In. However, AEW did not clear him. Vignettes have begin airing on television promoting his return.
Bryan Danielson: Danielson has been on the record stating that he needs neck surgery. There is currently no return date scheduled.
The Blade: The Blade announced on Instagram on Tuesday, September 12, that he had successfully undergone back fusion surgery. His partner, Allie (f.k.a. The Bunny), said in an autograph signing on 11/8/24, "He’s hanging in. He just started his PT. His back surgery went really well. There is no estimated return date.
Cole Karter: Cole announced in a social media post on 7/3/24 that he underwent successful surgery for a broken arm. On 11/13/24, Fightful Select learned that Carter is either cleared or very close to it and could return to the ring soon.
Dalton Castle: Tony Khan announced in a social media post on 7/20 that Castle suffered an injury in his July 13th AEW Collision match against Roderick Strong. Khan stated that Castle will be sidelined for the remainder of 2024.
Danhausen: Danhausen is inactive in AEW but has been performing at Independent shows.
Dralistico: Inactive; Dralistico is inactive in AEW but has been performing at Independent shows.
Eddie Kingston: It was reported on 5/20 that Eddie tore his ACL during his match at NJPW Resurgence on May 10th. Eddie posted a photo of himself on Instagram on July 9th, saying he had surgery. Kingston could be out nine months or more. He stated that he can now lift weights and do squats.
Juice Robinson: Juice will be out-of-action with a broken fibula. There is no estimated return date.
Keith Lee: Tony Khan announced that Keith Lee is injured and was not cleared to participate against Swerve Strickland at Worlds End. On 10/20/24, Lee posted on X, "I must take the time to tell you.... we are not done. Hang in there, just like I am. Whatever it is.... the time will come. Let's move forward." There is still no estimated return date.
Kenny Omega: On December 15th, Omega posted on X that he would be out indefinitely. Omega was diagnosed with diverticulitis. Fightful Select reported that Omega underwent surgery in mid-May. Omega is scheduled to face Gabe Kidd at AEW x NJPW Wrestle Dynasty on January 5th, 2025.
Killswitch: On 9/30, Fightful Select reported Killswitch was rushed to the hospital on Friday, September 27th, where they found his blood oxygen below 80 percent and determined he had pneumonia in both lungs. Initially, it was said he would miss a month, but that was before being admitted to the hospital.
Kota Ibushi: Although Kota is inactive in AEW, he has worked at least one DDT or GLEAT event every month since July.
Matt Sydal: In a social media post on June 14th, Sydal announced that he underwent surgery for a right foot injury. He said the surgeon in the procedure would have to break and re-fuse three bones and use hardware to set his toes into the joints.
Miro: Inactive; Fightful Select reported on 9/20 that Miro had requested his release from AEW. He is healthy.
Nick Comoroto: On August 23rd, Nick Comoroto posted on social media that he underwent successful hip resurfacing surgery and plans to return in 2025.
Ortiz: In Isiah Kassidy's vlog from 3/31/24, Ortiz stated he had a torn pec and would be having surgery in two weeks and have a four-month recovery period. Based on Ortiz's estimation, he could potentially return in mid-August.
Ricky Starks: Inactive, last wrestled on the March 30th edition of AEW Collision. He is scheduled to wrestle at a Glory Pro event on November 24th in St. Louis.
Riho: Riho announced on 7/7 in a social media post that she fractured her arm on the 7/6 edition of AEW Collision. There is no estimated return date at this time.
Ruby Soho: Maternity Leave. Announced pregnancy after AEW Dynamite ended on 4/17/24.
Samoa Joe: During AEW Blood & Guts, commentary announced that Joe will be out of action indefinitely after being driven through a wall with a forklift by Jericho during their match on 7/10/24 in Calgary. The injury is undisclosed, and there is no estimated return date. He recently wrapped up filming the second season of the Peacock series Twisted Metal."
Scorpio Sky: Inactive, is taking occasional indie bookings. He last wrestled in ROH July 2023
Skye Blue: On the July 20th episode of AEW Collision, Skye suffered a broken ankle injury in her match against Hikaru Shida. Fightful Select on 11/13/24 reported that the outlook on her injury isn’t as immediately optimistic as we’re told she has a while before she’s set to return. She is expected back in spring 2025.
Tay Melo: Maternity leave. In a social media post, Tay announced that she is training for a return.
Tommy Billington: Inactive, working Independent dates.
Trent Beretta: Trent last wrestled at Double or Nothing. In a Social Media post on July 17th, he described multiple ailments, including bicep, neck, and throbbing neck pain.
Wardlow: Matt Taven stated in an interview that Wardlow is out with a knee injury. There is no estimated return date.
TNA
Chris Bey: Chris Bey was taken to a hospital with a neck injury and underwent surgery on 10/27. Fightful Select was told he's recovering, but details beyond that will be kept private. The injury happened at TNA Impact taping. There is no estimated return date at this time.
Joe Doering: Inactive; announced in August of 2022 that he had brain cancer.
KiLynn King: It was announced that KiLynn has a Torn ACL. On 2/6/24, KiLynn shared on her Instagram that she had her surgery. She is expected to miss 9-12 months.
Killer Kelly: Maternity leave.
Steph De Lander: De Lander announced at TNA Victory Road that she would be undergoing neck surgery for the C5 and C6 vertebrae. She said on her podcast, That's Cooked, that she expects to be out for at least six months, if not longer.
NJPW
El Desperado: On 7/22/24, El Desperado announced on YouTube that he was taking a leave of absence from the ring to have surgery to repair a media meniscus injury that has affected him for the last six months. There is no estimated return date.
El Phantasmo: NJPW announced on 10/29 that El Phantasmo would miss some time due to an undisclosed concern. Phantasmo was scheduled to attend the Super Jr. Tag League Tour on November 4th. There is no estimated return date at this time.
Yuya Uemura: NJPW announced on 9/4/24 that Yuya would miss six months of action due to a Torn Triceps. Yuya last wrestled on 8/10/24 at the G1 Climax 2024 Tournament: Tag 14

Bobby Buffett: Bobby announced on March 4th that he suffered an ACL injury. He says there is no set timetable for his return.
Dan Barry: Dan Barry stated in a social media post on 8/25 that he will be out for the remainder of the year. Barry said he has a torn rotator cuff and is hoping to avoid surgery and hoping to do physical therapy during the hiatus. Barry also noted he would still be doing comedy shows.
Davienne: Daviennne announced she will not accept any bookings for the foreseeable future while sidelined.
Heidi Howitzer: On 7/29, Heidi Howitzer announced she fractured her ankle and will be out for the foreseeable future. There is no estimated return date.
Jordan Oliver: On 7/7/24, in a social media post, Jordan Oliver announced he tore his ACL at GCW's Worst Behavior. There is no estimated return date at this time.
Kidd Bandit: Bandit stated in a Social Media post on 4/17/24 that they plan on having more cosmetic surgery and will work to return to being in ring shape. There is no estimated return date at this time.
PJ Black: PJ told Bryan Asbury on Developmentally Speaking in mid-to-late September that it would be out of action for around six months. Black last wrestled in a Dark Match for ROH on HonorClub #68 on May 30th. Black did not specify the nature of his injury but stated in the interview that he had been using crutches.
Ron Mathis: Ron announced in a social media post that he suffered a torn ACL and meniscus. He believes he could be out anywhere from 6-9 months.
Shayne Hawke: Announced in a tweet on July 12th, 2023, that he has a broken neck and back. He will be out for the foreseeable future.
Valentina Rossi: On 2/14, Valentina posted on X that she would be out for an extensive amount of time with a torn ACL & Meniscus
