It's all right everyone. You can all come in off the ledge.
Braun Strowman might not be out for six months after all.
In fact, he might be back in time to headline Summerslam.
According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer radio, the six month timeline for Strowman's injury is a work. He's still injured and will still need time off to rehab following the surgery that he really did have, but the timeline will be much closer to the original two months than six.
And another interesting tidbit is that, according to Meltzer, the current plans call for Strowman to return in July and begin a program with Brock Lesnar which will culminate in a main event match for the Universal Title at Summerslam in Brooklyn on August 20.
Braun was written off TV last week when Roman Reigns attacked his bad arm with a chair, worsening the injury that Strowman suffered at Payback on April 30.
