Could Neville actually be returning to WWE?
PWInsider reports that there have been positive discussions between he and WWE recently. Some in the company feel that talks have gone so well that Neville could be returning to the promotion by the end of the month. There was even talk that he could be back as soon as this week, but PWInsider was unable to confirm that.
This saga started last month when Neville stopped appearing on both Monday Night Raw and 205 Live. The original story was that Neville had walked out due to not liking the idea of jobbing to Enzo Amore, but PWInsider has a different story, saying that those reports are not true, Neville wasn't even on the road that week and that Neville and Enzo had actually befriended one another in the weeks leading to his departure. He instead wanted to get a release so he could prove to WWE his worth, much like how Drew McIntyre did when he was released a few weeks ago.
Neville was last seen on WWE programing feuding with Enzo Amore over the Cruiserweight championship. After being the top heel in the division for most of this year, he suddenly lost the title to Enzo and had been teasing a face turn by feuding with Amore shortly before his departure.
