Report: Rockstar Spud Deubting For 205 Live As Early As Next Week

Rockstar Spud's WWE debut could be imminent, according to a report.

PWInsider is reporting that Spud is set to start wth WWE next week at the post Clash of Champions television tapings. The current plan is for him to be a part of 205 Live.

It was originally reported back in October that this looked to be the deal. He requested a release from his Impact contract back in September, which was granted. He reportedly signed with WWE the following month and returned to the UK while any remaining visa issues were handled.

Spud joined TNA in 2012, winning their British Boot Camp. He is best remembered for his run associated with Dixie Carter as part of her heel run. He had most recently been associated with Aron Rex as a sort of manservant to Rex's Liberace-esque character. That was changed upon one of the many Impact regime changes going down this year, and was more recently feuding with Hornswoggle along with doing announcing duties before asking for his release.

Another person set for a debut before the end the year is Hideo Itami. They have been building his arrival for a number of weeks. With him being part of the upcoming 205 Live tour, it seems likely he will make his debut before then.
