Heun rolls back to the ground and Rama goes for the toe hold, Rama switches to a heel hook and he releases it to attack Heun with strikes. Heun scrambles to his feet and Rama catches him with some rights, Heun then lands a kick to the midsection of Rama. Rama levels Heun with a huge striking combination as the round ends.

Taylor scrambles to his feet and he puts Branch against the cage wall, the fighters exchange knee strikes while in the clinch. The fighters separate and Branch pops a kicking Taylor with a counter left, the fighters also start exchanging some jabs as well. Branch scores another takedown on Taylor and he gets the full guard, Branch transitions to back control on Taylor. Round One: The round begins with Silva attacking Moraes with leg kicks, Moraes responds by popping Silva with a right. Moraes backs up before cracking Silva with another right to the face, Moraes charges at Silva while throwing a combination. Silva recovers and he attacks Moraes with a head kick attempt, Moraes drops Silva with a combination and he pounces on him with a ton of strikes. Silva scrambles to his feet and he drops Moraes with a combination, Silva suffered a knee injury during a flying knee strike attempt and the referee immediately stopped the fight.

WSOF Welterweight Title Fight: Jon Fitch (Champion) vs. Jake Shields
Round One: The round begins with Shields immediately attacking Fitch with a high kick, Shields goes for the takedown and Fitch winds up in top position. Fitch starts attacking Shields with a little ground and pound, Shields gets to the seated position as Fitch attacks him with more strikes. Shields briefly attempted a guillotine choke on Fitch and he let it go, the referee decides to stand up the fighters for inactivity. The action resumes with Shields nailing Fitch with some leg kicks, Shields then nails a ducking Fitch with a kick to the head.
