Aalyah Mysterio watched her father compete on WWE SmackDown.
The January 17th episode of WWE SmackDown was held in Rey Mysterio's hometown of San Diego, and his family attended the show. Aalyah Mysterio, Rey's daughter, appeared in the crowd, when Rey made his way to the ring. Rey Mysterio then declared for the Royal Rumble match, and he got into a confrontation with Kevin Owens.
They faced off in a singles match later in the show. During the match, the action spilled out of the ring, and Owens took the fight to Rey in front of his family. He jawed with Aalyah, and Rey eventually gained the upper hand. Owens went on to score the win.

Aalyah previously had a run in WWE in 2020, as she was involved in a storyline with Buddy Murphy. She later appeared on the July 25, 2022, episode of WWE Raw.
