MJF and Adam Cole were just enjoying a nice fishing trip on the September 27 episode of AEW Dynamite when out of nowhere, a wild megalodon appeared in the water. Cole seemed to have the extinct shark in his grasp, but instead...
The megalodon turned out to not be a megalodon, as it was actually none other than Captain Insano, a.k.a Paul Wight. Insano screamed at Cole and MJF for just wanting to take a swim in the nice weather.
Insano then made up with Cole and MJF quickly and enjoyed a nice beer with them in the nice weather.

Insano first appeared in AEW during one of The Acclaimed's music videos back in November. Wight recently stated that he wanted to have fun with the Captain Insano character before he retired.
