Adam Cole aligned with Wardlow at AEW Worlds End 2023 when Cole was revealed as The Devil, turning against MJF.
Cole banded together with Wardlow, Roderick Strong, Matt Taven, and Mike Bennett as the Undisputed Kingdom with the goal of getting the AEW World Title off MJF.
Unfortunately, due to an ankle injury suffered by Cole, the Undisputed Kingdom in its original form never reached the heights many fans had hoped for. Notably, Wardlow has not wrestled since March and has been off TV due to an injury.
"I still think very highly of Wardlow. I'm not sure exactly what he's doing or what he's up to at the moment, but we still keep in contact," Cole said while speaking to The Wrestling Classic on Casual Conversations.
It is unknown when Wardlow will return to the ring or AEW television.
