Adam Pearce says a trade is coming.
At WWE Payback, Cody Rhodes revealed that Jey Uso was moving to WWE Raw. Jey appeared on the September 4 episode of WWE Raw, where he reunited with his former Bloodline stablemate Sami Zayn.
Later in the show on the September 4 episode of WWE Raw, Jey Uso bumped into WWE official Adam Pearce backstage. Pearce told Uso that there were some people who were upset about his move to the red brand. He then revealed that SmackDown would be getting trade compensation for Jey's move to Raw, as someone would be joining SmackDown soon.
No timeline was given for the trade, and additional information was not provided.

Jey's shift to WWE Raw marked his return to WWE after he seemingly walked out of the company on the August 11 episode of WWE Raw.
