Alex Kane On Bomaye Fight Club: I Wish There Was More Attention On The Group Itself In MLW

Alex Kane wants MLW to focus more on the Bomaye Fight Club.

Since forming the faction in 2021, Alex Kane has taken the Bomaye Fight Club with him as he’s climbed up the ranks of Major League Wrestling. The group and its fans have been by Kane’s side for many of his major moments in MLW, including his recent reign with the MLW World Heavyweight Championship.

While speaking to Bill Pritchard for WrestleZone for a new interview, Kane said that he wishes there was more attention on the group itself.

"This is going to so weird because like, you always want all the attention on yourself, but I’m not that way. I’ve never been that way. I wish there was more attention on the group [Bomaye Fight Club] itself. We were in a story with WTF, but i feel like the focus even with that one was still on me and I wish it was more on me, Thomas, and now Kevin Knight instead of it just being Alex Kane and then he has his team. I would rather it be Bomaye Fight Club and Rogue Horsemen or whoever exerted gonna go up against, Contra or whatever. I wish we had more tag team matches, I wish we had a tag title reign, I wish we had more things to sink our teeth into as far as being a squad and a team.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Kane talked about Kevin Knight joining the Bomaye Fight Club. Learn more about those comments here.
