Among other games, the Arizona Cardinals faced the Washington Commanders. In one highlight, linebacker Dennis Gardeck busted out what appeared to be AEW star Daniel Garcia's dance after a big play.

Garcia acknowledged the moment by reposting a clip and using a handshake emoji.

Unfortunately, neither Gardeck's performance (three solo tackles and two sacks) nor his dancing could lead the Arizona Cardinals to victory. They fell to the Commanders by a final score of 20-16.

The Cardinals' game also featured another nod to the wrestling world. A referee got trucked over, and he sat right up like The Undertaker as he threw a flag on the play. More information is available here.

Garcia's dance has become a sensation in recent months. He memorably participated in a dance contest alongside Sammy Guevara against MJF and Adam Cole on the July 19 episode of AEW Dynamite. Garcia also danced his way up the ramp after he was eliminated from a pre-show battle royale at AEW All Out.

Adam Cole previously reflected on the dance-off on AEW Dynamite, Check out his comments here.
