Athena vs. Willow Nightingale for the ROH Women's Title is on the books for ROH Death Before Dishonor, and both women would like the main event spot.

Athena defeated Willow on the March 9 episode of ROH TV, but Willow evened the score at 1-1 when she defeated Athena in the semifinals of the Women's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament on the July 14 episode of AEW Rampage.
Should they main event, it would mark the first time women have main evented an ROH pay-per-view or standalone show.
