Will Ospreay, Ricochet, Kyle Fletcher, and Kazuchika Okada have advanced in the AEW Continental Classic.
Blue League winner Kyle Fletcher will face Gold League runner up Will Ospreay in one semifinal match. On the other side of the bracket, Gold League winner Ricochet will face Blue League winner Kazuchika Okada in the semifinals.
The two winners will meet in the finals to determined the winner of the 2024 AEW Continental Classic and, potentially, crown a new AEW Continental Champion.
The finals and semifinals will all take place at AEW Worlds End.
The semifinals of the tournament were determined on the December 25th episode of AEW Dynamite. In the Gold League, Will Ospreay kicked off the night with a victory over Brody King, giving Ospreay nine points in the tournament. He got help from Komander, who defeated Claudio Castagnoli, who also had nine points. Ospreay held a victory over Claudio in the tournament, giving him the tie breaker.
Ricochet finished on top of the bracket with ten points following a time limit draw with Darby Allin, who finished with seven points.
In the Blue League, Kazuchika Okada (10 points) defeated Shelton Benjamin and Kyle Fletcher (12 points) defeated Daniel Garcia, putting them on top of the league. Okada is the reigning AEW Continental Champion.
