• NXT Women's North American Championship Ladder Match qualifying matches continue
• NXT North American Championship #1 Contender: Lexis King vs. Ethan Page vs. Eddy Thorpe vs. Wes Lee.
• NXT Tag Team Championship #1 Contender Gauntlet Match: Hank Walker & Tank Ledger vs. The Culling (Niko Vance & Brooks Jensen) vs. Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe vs. Josh Briggs & Yoshiki Inamura vs. No Quarter Catch Crew (Myles Borne & Tavion Heights).

• Vic Joseph, Booker T. Huffman & Corey Graves welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
• NXT North American Championship - #1 Contender's Four Way Match: Ethan Page def. Lexis King, Eddy Thorpe & Wes Lee via Pinfall (Twist of Fate on King).
  • Ethan Page cut a promo after the match, but was blasted with a vicious spear from Ricky Saints after the match.
• Jordynne Grace had a vignette in which she detailed her upbringing before declaring she would do everything in her power to walk out of Stand & Deliver as the new NXT Women's Champion.
• ZARIA & Sol Ruca argued with Kelani Jordan backstage.
• NXT Women's North American Championship - Qualifier Match: Lola Vice def. Tatum Paxley (w/ Gigi Dolin) via Pinfall (Back Fist).
• Ava announced that Fatal Influence (Jasmyn Nyx, Jacy Jayne and/or Fallon Henley), The Meta Girls (Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend), and Gigi Dolin & Tatum Paxley would be a part of a Women's Tag Title contenders match at Stand & Deliver. Roxanne Perez appeared after and was fuming with Ava for excluding her from the show, but Ava told her she can b part of the Four-way if she finds a partner.
• NXT Tag Team Championship #1 Contender Gauntlet Match: Hank Walker & Tank Ledger def. The Culling (Niko Vance & Brooks Jensen), Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe, Josh Briggs & Yoshiki Inamura, and No Quarter Catch Crew (Myles Borne & Tavion Heights) via Pinfall (Inside Cradle from Walker on Briggs).
• Ava spoke with Stevie Turner & Robert Stone, where she revealed that there would be a mystery participant in the qualifiers for tonight.
• There was a vignette for Jaida Parker, where she talked about coming up in Port St. Lucie, Florida, the loss of her uncle, and more before saying she would do everything in her power to win the NXT Women's Title.
• DarkState and The D'Angelo Family engaged in a wild brawl in the NXT Parking Lot before Tony D'Angelo appeared and laid out DarkState with the crowbar. D'Angelo then revealed he got themselves a match against DarkState on NXT Stand & Deliver.
• Andre Chase spoke with Uriah Connors & Kale Dixon where he said he did not want ruin their lives. Out of nowhere, Thea Hail made her return to NXT and gave Chase her blessing to mentor them.
• NXT Women's North American Championship - Qualifier Match: Thea Hail def. Karmen Petrovic (w/ Ashante Adonis) via Submission (Kimura Lock).
• Trick Wiliams came to the ring to cut a promo. Williams said he finally understood that Je'Von Evans implied that he either was flying a hero or live long enough to see himself become the villain, but emphasized he was not dead yet and vowed to regain the NXT Title at Stand & Deliver. The NXT Champion, Oba Femi, interrupted to question Williams's bravado; however, Je'Von Evans also appeared to emphasize that neither Williams nor Femi should underestimate him, especially after he put down Oba Femi two weeks ago. Femi then shoved Evans before brawling with Williams. Evans caught both of them with a Springboard Double Cutter and stood tall with the NXT Title above his head to end the broadcast.
