Aubrey Edwards says WWE official John Cone is her favorite referee and notes that she learned much from watching him.
Aubrey Edwards is one of the most notable referees in AEW, but she also spent some time in WWE, refereeing matches for Mae Young Classic tournaments and the all-women WWE Evolution pay-per-view.
When asked during an appearance on the Under The Ring Podcast who her favorite referees are outside of AEW, she named WWE's John Cone and NWA legendary official Tommy Young.
"My favorite referee is John Cone. I think he's really great. I've learned a lot of stuff from watching him. Tommy Young is also very, very excellent with someone I studied a lot when I was first starting out," Edwards said.
