Austin Theory Got AR Fox Front Row Tickets To WrestleMania38

AR Fox comments on Austin Theory's success in WWE.

Throughout his near five year career with WWE, Austin Theory is already one of the most successful young superstars in WWE history. Theory, who only became a full-time main roster star back in late 2021, is already a two time United States Champion. Furthermore, Theory got to be in the ring with Stone Cold Steve Austin, Pat McAfee, and Vince McMahon back at WrestleMania 38 last April.

As it turns out, Theory's trainer AR Fox was front and center for the memorable moment at WrestleMania 38. Fox, who recently inked a deal with All Elite Wrestling, talked about the experience of that moment and how proud he is of Theory on a recent episode of the AEW Unrestricted podcast.

"It’s awesome, it’s insane. We talk all the time. It’s mind-blowing. He’s happy to be there. It’s crazy. He got me front row tickets to his Mania match against Pat McAfee, and he ended up getting a stunner from Stone Cold. We stood outside one arena where WrestleMania was being held one year and took a picture. Five years later, he was on one of the big billboards in the same arena. I’m proud. It’s crazy, and we still talk a lot. It’s always exciting when we talk. He’s telling me, ‘I think I’m gonna be doing this,’ and all this stuff. I’m kind of amazed. I knew he would be good, but he’s doing really good. Main events, long main events where he’s in control of top guys, beating them up. He’s closing segments a lot."

Elsewhere in the interview, Fox talked about how he genuinely didn't expect to receive an AEW contract offer. To learn more, click here.
