"The Final Girl" has come to NXT.
At the most recent WWE NXT live event in Orlando, Florida, history was made as Ava Raine, the ring name for Simone Johnson, daughter of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, addressed WWE NXT Universe for the first time ever.
According to those in attendance, Raine referred to herself as “The Final Girl”, a phrase that is also in her Twitter bio, and had some harsh words for the rest of the WWE NXT women's roster. During the live event in Citrus Springs, Florida on July 8, Raine was spotted scouting talent during a women's match.
In Orlando on July 9, history was made as the first-ever fourth-generation Superstar in WWE history cut her first live promo.
