An emotional moment for Lyra Valkyria took place at WWE WrestleMania 41 when she teamed with fellow Irish-born WWE Superstar Becky Lynch, the returning champion, to capture the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships belts from Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.
Lyra Valkyria was supposed to team with Bayley. However, Bayley was taken out of the match in an angle that was filmed during the Countdown show prior to WrestleMania 41 Saturday.
Becky Lynch hadn't been seen in WWE since losing a Women's World Championship Steel Cage Match to Liv Morgan nearly a year ago on May 27, 2024, during an episode of WWE Raw. While it took almost a year, she got her revenge on Morgan, taking a championship away from her on the grandest stage of them all.
