Becky Lynch Believes Her WrestleMania Match Will Be On Night One, Had No Health Concerns For Herself

WrestleMania 36 will go on as scheduled, though the event is now a two-night affair beginning on Saturday, Apr. 4.

As reported on Fightful Select, the main event for night one of WrestleMania 36 is up in the air with Becky Lynch vs. Shayna Baszler being set at one point, but sources indicating that a lot of things are being tossed around because they can make about anything happen with the way they're filming it.

Speaking to Ariel Helwani on Instagram, Becky confirmed that her match with Baszler will be part of night one, but did not say if she was in the main event.

Elsewhere during the interview, Becky was asked whether she had any concerns performing given the pandemic.

"I didn't have any concerns for myself. We really limited the amount of people that were there. The only thing I'm very conscientious of is now that we're back and when we come back, we isolate ourselves for a couple of weeks and make sure we don't have any symptoms before we go into the world again," she said.

When asked about precautions, she replied, "They're staggering everything. If you don't have a reason to be there, then get the hell out of there. If you have a match or segment then you're there with a minimal amount of crew. When you come in, your temperature is taken, a questionnaire is filled out, and the doctors are there to meet you when you walk into the build."

WWE has already taped WrestleMania 36 and big changes have been made as Roman Reigns reportedly pulled out of the event due to health concerns.
