Becky Lynch Defeats Charlotte Flair To Become A Two-Time SmackDown Live Women's Champion

She has finally done it.

Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair have been at odds since the SmackDown Live Women's Championship Triple-Threat match at the 2018 SummerSlam PPV where both Becky and Charlotte were vying for the gold. Charlotte was the individual to emerge victorious in that matchup to earn her eighth Women's Championship in WWE. That very match was originally supposed to be a singles match between Becky Lynch and Carmella but Charlotte earned her way into it and from that point moving forward Becky Lynch began to feel that she was having her moments and spotlight stolen by Charlotte.

The two members of WWE's Four-Horsewomen went to war for weeks coming out of SummerSlam and that war's first battle commenced tonight at the 'Hell In A Cell' PPV where Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair went one-on-one with the SmackDown Live Women's Championship on the line.

The closing sequence of the match saw Charlotte Flair bounce off the ropes and Becky rolled up her and in a shocking finish, Becky Lynch was able to hold Charlotte down for the three count to become a two-time SmackDown Live Women's Champion.

Following the match Charlotte attempted to shake the hand of Becky and congratulate her on the clean victory but Becky told Charlotte that she was no longer going to be stealing her spotlight and turned down the handshake.
