Becky Lynch Wins Battle Royal For Vacant WWE Women's World Title On 4/22 WWE Raw

The Man has come around once again.

In the main event of the April 22 episode of WWE Raw, a battle royal crowned the new WWE Women's World Champion after Rhea Ripley was forced to relinquish the title due to injury on the April 15 episode. Becky Lynch, Liv Morgan, Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler, Katana Chance, Kayden Carter, Zoey Stark, Maxxine Dupri, Ivy Nile, Piper Niven, Chelsea Green, Candice LeRae, Indi Hartwell, and Natalya competed in the match.

Jax took Lynch out by slamming her through the broadcast table, but Lynch was not eliminated. In the end, the bout came down to Baszler, Stark, Jax, Morgan, and Lynch. Jax eliminated Baszler and Stark. Lynch and Morgan teamed up to eliminate Jax. Lynch then scored the win by hitting Morgan with a Man-Handle Slam on the apron, forcing her to fall to the floor.

After the match, Lynch excited through the crowd and celebrated with the fans. She is now a seven-time Women's World Champion in WWE.
