Bianca Belair loves Montez Ford but she's also prepared to be separate from him and get down to business.
We learned on the October 9th episode of SmackDown that Bianca Belair is headed to SmackDown and depending on the results of Monday's draft, she may be separated from her husband, Montez Ford. Bianca debuted on Monday Night Raw back in April on the night after WrestleMania 36 and has spent the majority of her time there linked to her husband's tag team, The Street Profits.

Montez Ford, alongside Angelo Dawkins, is a WWE Raw Tag Team Champion, and should Montez and Bianca end up on separate brands, Belair says that the couple will be prepared because they've discussed this.
“Yeah, of course we've discussed it,” Bianca tells Kayla Braxton and Sami Zayn on the most recent episode of Talking Smack. “You know, my husband, he's a Tag Team Champion on Monday Night Raw, and we love to spend time together and work together. But at the same time, you know, I'm his biggest cheerleader. He's my biggest cheerleader, but tonight, it's about me. I got drafted to SmackDown and I'm ready to get going. So it's going to work out regardless.”
Sami Zayn would continue to push the issue saying that personal relationships are great, but he gets the feeling from speaking with Bianca that she's ready to carve her own path. The EST of WWE agreed.
“I mean, yeah, of course,” Bianca responded. “Like, if he stays on Raw, that does give me a chance to stand on my own and show who I am. But at the same time, if he's on SmackDown, I feel like... it works either way. It works either way.”

A monkey wrench in all of these potential shakeups is the move of Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods to Monday Night Raw. Not only does that move break up The New Day, but Kofi and Xavier just won the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship and seem to be taking those titles to Monday night. If The Street Profits were to also stay on Raw, that would leave Friday Night SmackDown without a WWE Tag Team Championship.
