Bianca Belair Reveals Best Advice Given To Her By Mentor Mark Henry

Bianca Belair doesn't have to say a word and fans already know that she's the EST.

Speaking to Metro UK, Belair revealed that her confidence without speaking comes from her mentor Mark Henry.

RJ City: There’s An Old Saying That You F*ck Like You Wrestle, I Think It’s True

"He’s been a mentor for me. He’s obviously been at a lot of the major matches that I’ve had at TakeOvers – the best advice that I feel like he’s given me was way before Belair existed, he said 'Who do you wanna be? What do you wanna showcase in the ring?' You want people to know who you are without even opening your mouth… That really helped with my development. The main thing that he did say to me, he basically told me, 'I can get you a tryout, that’s about it. You have to do the rest of the work.' That’s what I’ve been doing – he really set the tone, that if you’re going to do this, you’ve gotta do it on your own," she said.

Belair is one of the featured players on NXT, challenging for the NXT Women's Championship at TakeOver: Portland. She also had a televised match against Charlotte Flair on a recent episode of NXT. You can find Bianca's comments about her match with Charlotte by clicking here.
