Big Boom AJ teases an appearance from The Rizzler at AEW Revolution.
Professional wrestling pay-per-views can occasionally feature the surprise appearance of popular legends. Well, AEW Revolution: Zero Hour might feature the AEW return of the icon known as The Rizzler.
As "Costco Guy" Big Boom AJ prepares to return to the wrestling ring alongside Orange Cassidy and Mark Briscoe, he sat down with Justin Barrasso of Undisputed to promote the match. During the preview, he teased that The Rizzler, who was ringside for his match at AEW Full Gear: Zero Hour, could return for the March 9 event in Los Angeles.
“When I come down the ramp and I bring the boom at the Crypto.com Arena, the boom will come right back–and I’ll be taking it into the ring,” said Befumo. “That means I would not want to be MxM or Johnny TV.
“Orange Cassidy is coming, Mark Briscoe is coming. I’m coming. Big Justice is coming. Hey, we might even see The Rizzler–and we’re bringing the boom.”
AJ's son, "Costco Guy" Big Justice, regularly appears on TV alongside his dad. AJ says that Justice's catching the wrestling bug is one of the best highlights of his AEW experience.
“I get to do it with Big Justice–that’s my guy,” said Befumo. “He has the itch for pro wrestling now. That’s the best part of all this. Look who we’re teaming with–Orange Cassidy and Mark Briscoe. Between Orange, Mark, myself, and Big Justice, it works together so well. We bring something for everyone.”
